My story...

When I was first diagnosed, I was advised to switch to a vegan diet, on account of the belief that meat causes cancer. I didn’t go 100% vegan, but I did radically reduce my animal protein consumption, and in doing so, found myself slowly growing weaker and more lethargic every year, to the point that I was beginning to take naps everyday, and occasionally twice in a day. I also found myself getting light-headed frequently, especially during my workouts. Looking back, it's a bit of a miracle that I didn't just pass out in the middle of my weightlifting sessions!

The problem

I discovered that my bloodwork was starting to show signs of inflammation, nutrient-deficiency anemia, and subclinical hypothyroidism. I started to ask myself, "How is a diet that is supposed to help save my life, also be the very thing that is trying to kill me?!"

It's bioindividual

This is why I decided to take matters into my own hands, and pursued my certification with the Oncology Nutrition Institute, where I learned how animal protein can be an essential part of a cancer patient’s diet.

The more important thing to understand, is that every human has their own unique genetics, lifestyles, and circumstances that would require a custom, bioindividual plan. There is no single perfect superfood or diet that will work for everyone. It is my wish that we can work together to come up with a plan made just for you, and give you the tools you need to live a long, happy, healthy, prosperous life.

In health and high heels,
